*1Arrival: Arriving by plane to Budapest to Liszt Ferenc Airport, where we recommend to use taxes, vans and BKK routes. During the 6 day long trip we travel by air-conditioned, fully-equipped bus which is driven by an experienced driver. During the trip we stop for short breaks in every 1,5-2 hours at petrol stations or car parks. At some resting place sometimes you have to pay for using the toilets that’s why it is good to have some change, euro. There is seating on the bus. The reservation of seats happens according to the order of the deposit payments. The need of seat reservation must be indicated on the order form when applying for the trip. The conference center of the Reformed Church which has a newly-built 2* guesthouse. Our group is going to be accommodated in rooms with 2 beds and own bathroom. The hotel is barrier-free and has elevator. If you wish to stay alone in a room with 2 beds, the full price of the room must be paid which means that an extra charge must be paid for this service (+ 20,- €). The need of this service must be indicated on the order form.
*3 Ice cave of Dobsina: It has been part of the world heritage since 2000. The length of visited routes is 515 m, the level difference between the entrance and the deepest point is 25-30 m. The duration of the visit is 30 minutes. The temperature of the cave is between -3,9°C and 0°C, that’s why warm clothing is recommended in the cave. The entrace of the cave is located 130 m above brook Gölnic to where leads a 1 km long path that we complete within a 25 minutes walk. Before visiting the cave it is recommended to rest a little bit because the level difference between the car park and the entrance is 125 m. We draw your attention to the fact that the Ice cave of Dobsina is closed between 15 September and 15 May so that we recommend an easy hike to the Slovakian Paradise or visiting the aragonite cave of Ochtina instead.

Meal: The price includes 5 buffet breakfasts and 3 dinners (catering dinner) at the accommodations, which offer great experiences for everyone. Recommended personal equipment: We would like to draw the attention of our dear passengers to pay attention to the weather forecast on the days before the trip and prepare your clothing according to the expected weather. Moreover, we recommend the use of comfortable, closed, flat shoes and warm clothing during the visit of the caves.
Recommended age limit: Only persons above the age of 18 can attend the trip at their own responsibility. Although being middle aged or older, the trip offers many unforgettable experiences.
